Return Policy

Any undamaged sheets still in their original unopened packaging—except custom sheets—may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a prompt and complete refund. Please fax or e-mail first for a return authorization number. Shipping will not be refunded, except for defective merchandise still in its original unopened packaging. Custom sheets are not returnable.

The refund will be issued in the same manner as the original payment: If you purchased by check or money order, you will receive a check; if you used PayPal, you will be issued a credit through PayPal.

This policy does not apply to orders from institutions or organizations. On such orders, no cancellations, refunds, or substitutions are available once an order has been placed. Defective merchandise will be replaced upon its return.
